ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR CLAIMING MY PRIZE?
We do not impose any fees for processing prize claims. Your winnings are paid in full, though please note that tax obligations may apply depending on your region's legislation. We suggest consulting with a financial advisor regarding any potential tax implications for substantial winnings.
DRAW DETAILS
WHAT OCCURS IF A DRAW IS CANCELLED?
In the unlikely event that a draw is cancelled, all ticket purchases for that particular draw will be automatically refunded to your account. You'll receive a notification about the cancellation and confirmation of your refund.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF I RESIDE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
Currently, participation is limited to Australian residents who purchase tickets through our authorized channels. International players are not eligible to participate in our lottery games at this time. We require valid Australian identification for account verification and prize claims.
